Evening Natterjack toad walk

Experience this amazing and rare species at one of its last remaining UK strongholds. The male's calls can be heard up to a mile away on a still night. Mostly moderate but uneven terrain over dunes and grassland. Approx. 2-3 miles. Walk involves slopes and may involve crossing stiles. Walk back will be in the dark. Please wear warm and waterproof clothes, stout boots or wellies and bring a torch. Meet at Sandscale Haws Car Park.

The walks are talking place on 21st and 28th April 2017 from 8pm-11pm. Meet at Sandscale Haws Car Park.
